Barewall presents Stoke on Clay 2024

A celebration of ceramics across the city; the Stoke on Clay Festival takes part across various venues until 19th Oct 2024. Barewall are exhibiting a beautiful selection of nationally based potters at the gallery; including contemporary raku potter and author Stephen Murfitt, pottery throwdown contestant Jennifer Cobb, potter to Gordon Ramsay's Lucky Cat restaurant Debbie Randall, inventor of slip trailing tool Mark Dally, Scottish illustrative story teller on delicate pots Rebecca Brown, Midlands based potter Lillian Mann and locally based renowned potter and ceramics designer Dave Harper.

Lost and Found Projects also are taking part with a further display of Dave Harper and Rosie Threadgold contemporary ceramics.

This is all alongside Barewall's gallery ceramic artists on display including; Enos Lovatt 1960's large sculpture, Jonathan Cox faceforms, Andrew Matheson blue and white thrown porcelain, Philip Hardaker mosaics, FLUX Stoke-on-Trent tableware designed by David Sanderson plus pieces by John Bull, Manda Payne, Alex Shimwell and Kevin Millward.
